Description=Enumeration that represents the types of users possible in the system. The type of user represents if the user has been created from OB OSS/BSS or has auto registered in GVP. It is mainly used to separate self-registered users from OB Users and to decide the types of payment methods available. It will determine also the Pricing Models that apply to that user as well as the Catalog available for that user.

2 NonTelefonica User is stored in the LabOne database

3 Both to be used only to apply prices to users (a user cant be of both types)
