In this page you can review the details of exporter status for each of the instances you have access to and force catalog generation

Catalog exporter page


Expand one of the instance s so you can review the two sections for the Catalog Exporter process. It is important to say that Catalog Export just works when set in the Parameters page, configuring which instance will allow export catalogs. Take a look in each block instance represented in Catalog Export Status page and realize that the instances are marked as "Enabled" or "Disabled" and this it will be changed when you configure.

Manifest Data section
Shows the info about the last Catalog generated:

  • Instance ID: The Instance ID represented.
  • Catalog Name: Given name to the catalog.
  • Catalog Alias: Given alias to the catalog.
  • Catalog Zip Url: URL of the catalog in zip extension.
  • Current Version: The current version.
  • Language: Language used.
  • Minimum Version: The minimum version.
  • Next Version: The next version to be exported.
  • Publish Date: The datetime of the last published exported catalog.


Instance manifest data section



Jobs section
There is the Last jobs block that should show the status of the latests Catalog Export Jobs, with the columns:

  • Job ID: The Job ID.
  • Job: Name of the job created.
  • Started: The datetime that a job has started.
  • Finished: The datetime that a job has finished.
  • Status: Status can be:
    • Creating: Used when a job or an action is being created.
    • Waiting: Used when a job or an action is waiting to be processed.
    • Started: Used when a job or an action is being processed.
    • Stopped: Used when a job or an action is stopped.
    • Finished: Used when a job or an action already is processed with success.
    • Fail: Used when a job or an action was processed with exception, this status can use retry.
  • Result Message: Given message when the job was processed. Can be an error or a successful message.

Refresh Data
Use the RefreshNew 3.png button so the status about the catalog exporter process from an specific instance is refreshed.



Export Now
Use the ExportNow3.png button to force the Catalog Exporter generation for an instance.
