This section allows to manage the different content producers available in the platform.

Producer information


Field Description Restrictions
Title Producer title, displayed in end user applications.
  • Mandatory
Name Producer name, used for mapping in the ADI.XM (Studio_Name field)
  • Mandatory
Owner Operator that created this item.
  • Read Only
Image This image field has a visible thumbnail at the list producers page. Image selector, allowing to associate an image / icon to this producer. Used for External Catchup content providers. -

  Create

OB Administrators, Preparation, Quality and Workflow Administrator can create new producers on demand.

  1. Use the   button to create an empty producer.
  2. Fill all the required information.
  3. Once finished, save changes by using the   button.



  Edit

Producers edition is enabled for operators. It can be used to modify some existing producer information. Once finished modifying the producer information, save changes by using the   button in the producer edit page. The new image field has a thumbnail visible in the list on the producers page.

  Edit in List

Edit in list is not enabled for this page.

  Bulk Edit

Bulk Edit is enabled in this page, allowing you to modify several items at the same time. However, not all the relateds blocks will be available for performing a bulk edit operation. The blocks available are:

  • Basic information



  Copy

Copy is enabled in this page. Using the   button, you will be able to clone the basic information from the producer into a new producer. Once the producer is copied, review that all the fields have been copied properly and press   Save button.

  Copy with relateds

Copy is enabled for this page and has the same behavior as Copy button.

  Delete

Producers can be deleted by the operator using the   button. A confirmation popup will be shown before excluding it.
