This page allows to define different profiles for image resizing. Since 3.2, the resizing is done dynamically by applications. Therefore, this page is deprecated and will be removed in the next versions, but is being maintained for GVP.API service backwards compatibility.

Field Description Restrictions
Name Name for this image -
Owner Operator that created this image file Read only.
Width Title for the attachment. MiView (Deprecated). -
Height Quality selector that allows to define an image for an specific Quality profile of the movie that is related. Allows for example to define different images for SD and HD qualities of the same movie. -
Type Controls the access and visibility of this image file for other operators. Only operators with rights over this source or its children will be able to see it.
  • Mandatory
Aspect Ratio File size (in bytes) of this image. Read only.

New3.png Create

Upload image dialog

Image Files creation is enabled by default for most of the Content operator profiles. It can be used to manually create Images.

  1. Use the New3.png button and a new empty image will be created.
  2. Then click the UploadIcon.png button in the File field and a dialog will be open so you will be able to select the image to be uploaded.
  3. Now fill in the rest of the image information.
  4. Once finished, save changes by using the Save3.png and the image will be associated.



BulkEdit3.png Edit

Image file edit is enabled by default for most of the operator profiles. It can be used to perform modification in the image file data and related information. Once finished modifying the image, save changes by using the Save3.png button in the edit page.

Edit3.png Edit in List

Edit in list is not enabled for images.

BulkEdit3.png Bulk Edit

Bulk Edit is enabled in the Images page, allowing you to modify several images at the same time. However, not all the relateds blocks will be available for performing a bulk edit operation. The blocks available are:

  • Basic Images information



Copy3.png Copy

Copy is disabled for Images.

CopyWithRelateds3.png Copy with Relateds

Copy with relateds is disabled for Images.



Delete3.png Delete

You can delete an Image from the edit page, using the Delete3.png button. A confirmation popup will be shown before excluding it.
