Access to this menu in Betools through: Administration > Audit

It’s a Read Only page for auditing purposes. It’s possible to check all the changes made in MiB.

Note: This page is easy to be checked by someone with web applications knowledge and it’s recommended/required that the operator who is using this page have these skills.

Audit Information

Field	Description	Restrictions
Name	Given name to the Audit.	Mandatory
Owner	Operator/agent that created this audit log.	Mandatory
Media Id	Id of the changed content.	ReadOnly
Media Name	Name of the changed content.	ReadOnly
Media Type	DB table who suffer the change.	ReadOnly
Action	If it was an update/deletion or creation.	ReadOnly
Notes	Not been used.

Create	Edit	Edit in List	Bulk Edit	Copy	Copy with Relateds	Delete

Create

Audit creation is disabled.

Edit

Audit edit is enabled. It can be used to perform modification in the Audit data and related information. Once finished modifying the Audit log, save changes by using the button in the Audit page.

Edit in List

Edit in list is disabled for Audit.

Bulk Edit

Bulk Edit is enabled in the Audit page, allowing you to modify several Audit logs at the same time.

Copy

Copy is disabled for Audit.

Copy with Relateds

Copy with Relateds is disabled for Audit.

Delete

You can delete a Audit log from the Audit Page, using the button. A confirmation popup will be shown before excluding it.
