Sent Mail Page Manual 3.0

Access to this menu in Betools through: Users > Sent Mail

This section allows the operator to review mails sent to specific users (for purchases confirmation, confirmation auto-registration, welcome messages, etc.).

Information for an email sent by the platform

Sent	Flag that allows to know if the email has been already sent or is still pending to be sent.	-

Body	Contains the body for the email.	-
Retry count	Number of retries that the email has been tried to be sent.	Read only.

Create

Email creation is enabled by default for most of the CRM operator profiles. It can be used to manually create email messages to be sent for users.

1. Use the button to create an empty email message.
2. Fill all the email message data and the related blocks.
3. Once finished, save changes by using the button in the sent mail page.

Edit

Email edit is enabled by default for most of the CRM operator profiles. It can be used to retry or sending again an email. Once finished modifying the email message, save changes by using the button in the sent mail page.

Edit in List

Edit in list is not enabled for sent mail page.

Bulk Edit

Bulk Edit is enabled in the Sent Mails page, allowing you to modify several email messages at the same time. However, not all the relateds blocks will be available for performing a bulk edit operation. The blocks available are:

• Basic email information

Copy

Copy is enabled for email messages. Using the button, you will be able to clone the basic information from the email into a new email. Once the email message is copied, review that all the fields have been copied properly and press Save button.

Copy with relateds

Copy is enabled for email messages and has the same behavior as Copy button.

Delete

Emails messages cannot be deleted by the operator.
