Access to this menu in Betools through: Live > EPG > EPG Programs

This section present a list of the different PPV Program/Shows defined in the platform.

Blocks

EPG Programs

EPG Program Basic Information

Field	Description	Restrictions
Name	Name for this EPG program.	Mandatory
Original Title	Original Title for this EPG program.
Long Title	Long Title for this EPG program.
Long Extra Title	Long Extra Title for this EPG program.
Compound Title	Compound Title for this EPG program.
Source	Controls the access and visibility of this EPG Program for other operators. Only operators with rights over this source or its children will be able to see it.
Program Unique ID	Identify internal program.
EPG Reference ID	Reference ID for this program in the EPG, identifies the program uniquely. This ID must be unique for this program during several EPG ingestions.	ReadOnly
Description	Description for this program.
Short Description	Short Description for this program.
Requires PIN	Flag to indicate if the movie is Adult content or not.	Mandatory
Age Rating	Program Age rating. Minimum age suggested for this program.
Program Type	Program Type.
Provider	Name of the provider.
Creation Year	Year of production of this content.
Country	Country of production of this content.
Instance	EPG File where this program belongs to.	ReadOnly.
Series ID	Reference ID for the serie. Only for TV Shows.
Series Name	Name for the serie where this program belongs to. Only for TV Shows.
Season ID	Reference ID for the season. Only for TV Shows.
Episode Title	Title for the episode. Only for TV Shows.
Season Number	Season order for this episode. Only for TV Shows.
Episode Number	Episode order for this episode. Only for TV Shows.
Owner	Operator/agent that created this EPG Program.	ReadOnly.

Updating a EPG Program

• The operator might want to update an existing EPG Program for several reasons, such as:

1. Change the EPG Program fields when necessary;
2. Remove a Genre;
3. Remove a Person Role;
4. Remove/Add an Image;

For that it is just select the EPG Program that you will want change, click on it and edit it.

• Once you have modified the EPG Program, press the Save button in MiB.
  

Deleting a EPG Program

1. Press the button for the desired Epg Program page. A confirmation popup will be shown before excluding it.

Genres

This block show the grouping of every movie in genres (adult, action, comedy, documentary and etc).

Add existing Genres

• Click the button and a dialog will open to select and existing Genre. We select one or more existing genres.
• Once finished, save changes by using the in EPG Programs page and the genre/s will be associated.
  

Remove Genres

• Use the button to remove the association of an genre from the EPG Program .
• Once finished, save changes by using the in the EPG Program page.

Persons Roles

This block show the persons (actors, director and so on) and their roles that are involved in the movie.

Add existing Persons Roles

• Click the button and a dialog will open to select and existing Person Roles. We select one or more existing Persons Roles.
• Once finished, save changes by using the in EPG Programs page and the persons roles will be associated.
  

Remove Persons Roles

• Use the button to remove the association of a person rol from the EPG Program .
• Once finished, save changes by using the in the EPG Program page.

Images

This block allow associate an image to the movie.

Add existing Images

• Click the button and a dialog will open to select and existing Images. We select one or more existing Images.
• Once finished, save changes by using the in EPG Programs page and the images will be associated.
  

Remove Images

• Use the button to remove the association of an image from the EPG Program .
• Once finished, save changes by using the in the EPG Program page.

Age Descriptors

This block allows you to review the Age Descriptors associated to this epg program.

Age Descriptors Basic Information

Add existing Age Descriptors

• Click the button and a dialog will open to select and existing Age Descriptors.
• Once finished, save changes by using the in the epg program page and the Age Descriptors will be associated.
  

Metadata

---

This block shows the information of the program metadata included.

Create

EPG Program creation is disabled

Edit

EPG Program edit is enabled. It can be used to perform modification in the EPG Program data and related information. Once finished modifying the EPG Program, save changes by using the button in EPG Programs page.

Edit in List

Edit in list is disabled for EPG Program.

Bulk Edit

Bulk Edit is enabled in the EPG Program page, allowing you to modify several EPG Programs at the same time. However, not all the relateds blocks will be available for performing a bulk edit operation. The blocks available are:

• Basic EPG Program information
• Genres: No validations are applied in bulk edit mode.
• Persons Roles: No validations are applied in bulk edit mode.
• Images: No validations are applied in bulk edit mode.
  

Copy

Copy is disabled for EPG Program.

Copy with Relateds

Copy with relateds button is disabled for EPG Programs.

Delete

Delete is disabled for EPG Program.
