Access to this menu in Betools through: VODIcon.png Video On Demand > Content Workflow > Importer > Importer Errors



This page allows to review the Content Acquisition processes that have failed, showing the logs and the error that caused the import process to fail. Using this section, the operator to see the error logs and check what happened with the content been imported, so can try fix it and retry import the content again.

Field Description Restrictions
Name Given name to the Importer Error.
Owner MiB User creator. ReadOnly
Source Controls the access and visibility of this page for other operators. Only operators with rights over this source or its children will be able to see it.

Identifier Error identifier. ReadOnly
Folder Folder where was found the error. ReadOnly
Fatal Error Number of fatal errors. ReadOnly
Message Message error. ReadOnly

Importer Errors creation is disabled.

BulkEdit3.png Edit

Importer Errors edit is enabled. It can be used to perform modification in the importer error data. Once finished modifying the importer error, save changes by using the Save3.png button in the Importer Errors page.

Edit3.png Edit in List

Edit in list is disabled.


BulkEdit3.png Bulk Edit

Bulk Edit is enabled in the Importer Errors page, allowing you to modify several importer error at the same time.

Copy3.png Copy

Copy is disabled for importer error page.

CopyWithRelateds3.png Copy with Relateds

Copy with relateds is disabled for importer error page.

Delete3.png Delete

You can delete a importer error from the Importer Errors Page, using the Delete3.png button. A confirmation popup will be shown before excluding it.
