Persons Roles Page Manual 3.0

Access to this menu in Betools through: Commons > Persons Roles

This section allows to manage the roles for the different Persons that are part of the cast of the different contents.

Create

Content managers can create new persons roles on demand.

1. Use the button to create an empty person role.
2. Fill the person and the role.
3. Once finished, save changes by using the button.

Edit

Person role edition is enabled by default for most of the Content operator profiles. It can be used to modify some existing person's roles. Once finished modifying the person role information, save changes by using the button in the person role's page.

Edit in List

Edit in list is not enabled for this page.

Bulk Edit

Bulk Edit is enabled in this page, allowing you to modify several person roles at the same time. However, not all the relateds blocks will be available for performing a bulk edit operation. The blocks available are:

• Basic person's role information

Copy

Copy is enabled for person roles. Using the button, you will be able to clone the basic information from the person role into a new person role. Once the person role is copied, review that all the fields have been copied properly and press Save button.

Copy with relateds

Copy is enabled for this page and has the same behavior as Copy button.

Delete

Person roles can be deleted by the operator using the button. A confirmation popup will be shown before excluding it.
