- Operator can edit it at MIB3. Whereas ID is numeric, External ID accepts letters and numbers. Recommendation: do not leave spaces. (Examples of good Externa IDs: "4982", "Amazon_UY")

| In some cases, the commercial offer (subscriptions) configured in GVP will have different IDs in different systems.
For example the same suscription subscription "Full Cine HD" will have:<br />
- 1 ID in GVP -> GVP_SUBSCRIPTIONS.ID <br />
- 1 ID in OB System A -> GVP_SUBSCRIPTIONS.EXTERNAL_ID <br />
