In GVP4.3 "Groups" have been defined in order to send notifications to a predefined group of users.
* At [[Groups_Page_Manual_3.0|Users > Groups]]:
** Groups can be created
** Users can be added/removed individually or via CSVs.
* At [[Users_Page_Manual_3.0|Users]] there is a new block where:
** a user can be added to an existing group
** operator can see the groups the user belongs to
