In case this variable is not sent from OPCH, or it has a wrong value, Adult sections will be disabled in Graphene UI:
* My Content > Adult section > My Rented > filter catalog
* My Content > Adult section > My List > filter catalog
* My Content > Adult section > Recent > filter catalog
* Welcome menu access point (menu_adult described [[Welcome_layout_json_file| here]]), hiding it, even if it is included in WelcomeMenuLayout json
