|Description = Age rating level that will be applied, by default, to newly provisioned STBs. It configures the level of parental rating that will be enforced on the STBs when first provisioned in the plaform.<br>
Possible values: "0", "10", "12", "14", "16", "18", "19". The system will accept values >= 0<br>
If the OB wants to disable Parental PIN and allow, by default, all content to be watched, it must configure a high level for this variable. In this scenario Parental PIN will never be requested.
