The [[File:EditColumsMib3.png|middle|30px]] button allows you to access a new session present in all Lists. From there you can manage the Columns Visibility, Access Saved Filters and the most recent Search results.

Under the Columns View option, you can toggle the visibility of the columns and reorder how they are displayed in the list. If the number of columns exceeds the width of the page, an horizontal scroll will be added that will allow you to navigate to all the columns of the list<br />

From this option you can reapply the filters from a previous performed search, delete it or share it [[ File:SearchShare.png|30px]] with other users.

Sharing the search will provide a link that can be sent to other users. Only the filters will be shared, since the results from that search may be affected by the permissions (Sources, Lists) of the receiving user.
