Channels highlighted in red cannot be enabled because they are Pay Per View (PPV) channels or are restricted by blackout rules.
* A Channel is enabled when TimeShift is activated for that channel and the channel is included in the instance Restart TV Channel Set.<br />* A Channel is disabled when TimeShift is deactivated and the channel is removed from the Channel Set
Changes are applied only to the channels that are allowed and effectively modified.
