In this page, Administrator users or Users with 'Is Administrator' flag selected, will be able to manage MIB users: manage users information, permissions to applications, sources and the different [[MIB Groups Page Manual 3.0|groups]] the users will belong. This page is hosted by [[MIB Authorization]] component. <br>It is only accepted for usernames: caracteres from A-z, 0-9, . (dot), _ (underscore) and @ (at). The validations are applied both during user creation and edition."
